PharmaTerms of Service
1. What this is
Pharma is a private dashboard for the TLC pharmacy group, operated by Qberi (registered in South Africa). By signing in you agree to use it for its intended purpose: viewing the daily Vexall reports for the pharmacies you've been granted access to.
2. Accounts
Access is granted by the account administrator on a per-pharmacy basis. Sign-in is via Cloudflare Access using one-time PIN to the email address on your allowlist entry. You are responsible for the security of the email account you use to sign in.
3. Your data
The pharmacy data shown here belongs to the pharmacy group, not to Qberi. Qberi processes it on the group's behalf and will return or delete it on request. See the Privacy page for what's stored and where.
4. Acceptable use
Don't share your sign-in link with anyone else, don't try to access pharmacies you weren't granted, and don't run automated scrapers or load tests against the dashboard. If you spot a security issue, email jacob@dupless.com rather than exploring it.
5. No warranty
The dashboard is provided "as is". Numbers are derived from the daily Vexall reports — if a report is missing, mis-categorised or arrives late, the dashboard will reflect that. Treat it as a fast read on yesterday's trading, not as your audited books of account.
6. Service availability
We aim for the dashboard to be reachable during South African business hours. There is no SLA. We may take it offline briefly for maintenance or to push fixes.
7. Changes
We'll update these terms as the product matures and you can expect a proper formalisation when we onboard external paying customers. Material changes will be flagged to active users by email.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of the Western Cape.
